The photos are misleading. I wish I could have checked google reviews before booking. The photos on the website are from the time it was started. But now it completely opposite. No maintenance at all.Cleanliness zero ratings. very pungent odour from rooms. Beds did not had proper cushion you can feel the spring hitting you back. Very congested rooms and corridorsNo for family.
The Fab Exp Embassy Grand hotel is not at all deserved for recommendation to stay a middle class people. It is meant for low class. The approch way and the surroundings are very nasty. The room they provided fr us is R.No.104. The bath room door was partially broken, the exhaust fan in the toilet was non- functional. Stinky smell was experienced.In the room, TV is not functional. The is too worst, which is upside down.The AC's temperature is fixed. Remote is not given. Adjust with the temperature fixed.
This hotel is a complete disaster. Hygiene is absolutely non-existent – dirty floors, dusty beds, and stained sheets. The toilets and bathrooms are in disgusting condition, broken fittings, foul smell, and completely unhygienic.The support staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of solving problems, they behave as if they’re doing a favor by just responding.The photos shown online are completely fake and misleading. What you get in reality is nothing close – it’s like entering a filthy, rundown lodge in a shady area.The surrounding area is terrible, very unsafe and filled with bad odor everywhere. There’s a constant foul smell inside the rooms and corridors too, enough to make you sick.Save your money and your sanity – this place should be shut down. Zero stars if I could.
