Poor location, cleanliness issues and inadequate maintenance

The location of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is situated in a godown/industrial area with hardly any residential surroundings. The approach to the hotel did not feel safe or comfortable, especially for a family.The entrance and surrounding area gave me a very uncomfortable feeling, and I did not feel it was a suitable or safe environment to stay with my family.I was so uncomfortable with the location that I checked out within just 10 minutes of arriving, despite having already booked the hotel.I strongly recommend that families carefully check the exact location and surroundings before booking this hotel. The hotel may look fine online, but the actual location and surroundings were completely different from what I expected.For me, the location was a complete deal-breaker.

I would definitely suggest if you are looking a room near to local stations and near CSMT.And compared to all rooms this one is the cheapest.The only problem is with parking. Overall rating is 3/5
