I booked 2 nights double deluxe room but they said what they gave is double deluxe, ROOMS ARE VERYY SMALL which even don’t have windows after asking they changed the room and it was smaller than before didn’t provided water bottles for 2nd day other than that reception is good staff also but when I saw the bed they didn’t changed the sheet I have seen so many hair on bed and marks

The upkeep was very bad and definitely not worth the price. I left feeling sick because of the large amount of dust and dirt on the property. The incomplete maintenance work also led to an injury, which was very upsetting. The coffee kettle was in terrible shape, making me worry about hygiene and if it is cleaned or replaced often enough. Overall, this was a very negative experience. I highly suggest not staying here until the management significantly improves cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene.
