My stay was very disappointing. The staff caused unnecessary trouble during checkout and tried to adjust the bill to suit themselves, ignoring what was agreed upon at check-in. They also conveniently forgot their previous promises. The staff were unhelpful and rude when discussing the bill, especially one employee with a French-cut beard. Although I informed them at check-in that I planned to stay about 10 days, they insisted on settling the bill daily. The food is very overpriced, with small portions and average quality. Housekeeping was also lacking—despite multiple requests, the room was barely cleaned properly. Overall, the customer service was poor, billing was unprofessional, housekeeping was inadequate, and the value for money was low. This was not the experience I expected from a hotel.
