Good hotel with clean rooms, everything is fine 👍

Had a very poor experience; the hotel rooms and bathrooms were unclean. My personal suggestion is to avoid this hotel, and Fab Hotel should work on improving these aspects.

Washroom was smell bad, restaurant is closing soon like 10.30. please increase this.Boys are very good in his job.

If "0" stars were an option, I would certainly choose that. I had one of the worst experiences of my life while at Hotel Jalsa, MP Nagar. I was locked in the bathroom, yelling, and banging on the door trying to get someone's assistance for almost 2 hours, and no staff came. After I managed to get free and told the receptionist on duty (named Tiwari), he did not apologize or show any concern, instead he accused me of making an excuse to change rooms. This is beyond disrespectful, unprofessional, and insensitive behavior to be shown for any hotel. However, the morning receptionist seemed to show concern for the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. The wiring in room is open and it may be dangerous for person stayed in the room. However, doesn't excuse that this never should have happened in the first place.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There is a serious lack of basic safety, staff responsibilities, and customer service.

No Water in the Morning and I had to wait for them to bring water in the bucket for brushing teeth and toilet usage. While asking them about hot water, their expression seemed this was a normal day and we had to adjust.
