It would be better named hotel restrictions. They seem to have issues with every guest.

Terrible experience. They charged me an additional 500 for bringing a whiskey bottle that was a gift. Then they asked for an extra ₹3000 as a security deposit, which no other hotel requires. Also, it's completely unsafe for couples. Consider carefully before booking here.

While the room itself was good, the overall service and dining experience were completely unacceptable for a property claiming four-star standards.’Restaurant & Dining ’ Extreme DisappointmentThe food and restaurant service were easily the worst I have ever experienced at a four-star hotel. Upon asking the staff for recommendations, they confidently assured us of the taste and quality across their entire menu. We ordered Dry Manchurian, Paneer Lababdar, Dal Tadka, and Rotis:’Dry Manchurian: Poor taste and unappealing presentation.’Paneer Lababdar: Served in a completely bland, brown gravy instead of the traditional red gravy. When we brought this up, the staff insisted their Paneer Lababdar is only prepared in brown gravy, but offered to replace it with Paneer Tikka Masala for red gravy. Shockingly, they returned with the exact same bland brown gravy, simply topped with an oil and red chili tadka to fake the color. When we pointed this out, the staff gave zero response or reaction.’Dal Tadka: Completely missing a proper tadka and utterly tasteless.’Frustrated by the poor quality and the staff's complete lack of courtesy or basic apology, we walked out without finishing our meal. Despite the terrible experience, we settled the invoice in full.’Room Service & Staff Attitude ’ Highly UnprofessionalWe booked a room with an extra bed. By 10:00 PM, no one had come to set it up. We called room service, and they promised it would be taken care of immediately. After waiting another 30 minutes with no response, we called back’only for the staff member who answered to be openly distracted, laughing loudly with someone else in the background while on the call.’Final VerdictGood room infrastructure means nothing without basic hospitality and quality control. The lack of accountability in the restaurant and the unprofessional attitude of the service staff made for an extremely disappointing stay. Would not recommend until management drastically fixes their food standards and staff etiquette.

The Paneer Lababdar came in a bland brown gravy instead of the usual red; when we mentioned this, staff insisted their version was always brown but offered to replace it with Paneer Tikka Masala. However, they returned with the same bland brown gravy, only topped with oil and red chili to mimic the color, and ignored our concerns. The Dal Tadka was missing the proper tadka and was tasteless. Regarding room service and staff behavior, we had booked a room with an extra bed, but by 10 PM it was not set up. After calling room service, they promised immediate action, but after waiting 30 more minutes with no response, we called again only to hear the staff member distractedly laughing with someone else during the call. In conclusion, good room facilities mean little without basic hospitality and quality control. The restaurant's lack of accountability and the unprofessional service staff made this stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel until management significantly improves food quality and staff behavior.
