Hotel Lucky Goregaon

Food is ok, nice connectivity to go to link road and highway. Around ambience is not so good.

Room preferred during booking was non smoking but filled with Cigarette smell, all old pillow covers, No hotwater cattle, Room filled with dust, heavy sound A/c, No complementary breakfast.

I visited Mumbai for business and met some friends during my stay. I stayed at Lucky Hotel for 3 nights.Services & Positives:1.Very convenient for those driving to Mumbai or the Goregaon side, as the hotel has its own safe car parking.2.Located around 14 km from the airport, which is quite convenient.3.The hotel has its own restaurant and a caf??, which is helpful.4.Most of the hotel staff are cooperative and understanding.5.The room and washroom were clean and decent.Needs Improvement:1.There were cockroaches ’? in the rooms and around the property, which needs serious attention.2.The wardrobe needs repair/fixing.3.The front desk staff should be more polite and welcoming.4.The restaurant cleanliness needs improvement.Overall:It was a good stay overall ’?, but with some improvements, the experience can be much better.

Very neat and clean rooms, good services and food was excellent. Non veg lover would love to eat here. Hotel is located at goregaon east in somewhat residential area. But you can get everything near by.
