The hotel was good overall. The rooms were clean, and the service was satisfactory. The location was convenient, but the food options could be improved. Overall, it was a comfortable stay

They have no manners when talking to guests. Not suitable for a family stay.They only allow online bookings and their staff have a rude attitude. I was go there for stay with my family, but we left because of their impolite behavior.There is a Hindu Hotel beside this property, which is much better and more suitable for families. I would recommend staying there instead.

Hotel Metro Inn is one of the best hotels near Railway Station for a comfortable and safe stay. The rooms and facilities are excellent for families, friends, and couples. The food quality is much better than many outside hotels and restaurants. Staff behaviour is very polite and helpful. A perfect place to stay in Jaipur without any worries.

My overall experience was average. The rooms did not match the pictures shown online, and cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom was quite small and below expectations, and proper hot water arrangements were lacking. Additionally, mineral water was not provided in the room, and the food prices were slightly on the higher side.However, I would like to specially appreciate the service staff, particularly Abu Bakr, who was very helpful, polite, and attentive. His efforts truly stood out and added a positive touch to the stay. I would give extra two stars for his excellent service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The pricing is extremely high for the quality of service provided. On top of the already expensive room rates, which feels unfair and misleading.One of the biggest issues was the lack of basic services. There was no pick-up or transport facility provided i asked for drop they refused and yet the hotel still charged extra without clearly explaining what those charges were for. If a service like pick-up is not available, it should not be included in the pricing at all.Additionally, the room amenities were not provided as promised. Several basic items were missing from the room, including a kettle, which is a standard facility expected at this price point. It felt like the hotel failed to deliver on what was advertised on hotel booking platforms.Overall, the hotel is not worth the money. Poor transparency, unnecessary extra charges, and lack of promised amenities made my stay frustrating.room was smelling and washroom was dirty. Don’t have TV remote when ask for it someone came to switch on broke dish tv remote. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for value and honest service.
