Disappointing Booking Scam

I had a terrible and suspicious experience with Hotel CG International, Paharganj. I booked the hotel on January 26 for a stay from February 9 to 13, and my booking was fully confirmed on the platform. But when I arrived on February 9 after a long trip, the staff said their partnership had ended and no rooms were available. This was shocking since my booking was confirmed well in advance. They then forced me to move to another hotel, claiming it was their branch and they would arrange my stay there. Exhausted and without alternatives, I agreed. However, at the new hotel, they asked for payment again despite my prepaid booking. The room quality was much worse than what I had originally booked. It seemed like a coordinated effort to redirect customers and charge them twice. Customer care gave no real help, just saying rooms were out of stock. If rooms were unavailable, why was my booking confirmed on January 26? It feels like a deliberate scam: confirm booking, deny room on arrival, shift to another hotel, and demand extra payment. I strongly warn travelers to be careful before booking this place.

First stay was good but after 6 months, second stay was dirty and staff spoke rudely. Rooms not cleaned well. If you order food, they charge 50 rs extra for Swiggy orders.
