🛑ATTENTION 🛑PLEASE REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM AGODA.This is an absolute online fraud by Oyo and the property.The actual hotel is *** There is no hotel named O Maharaja Inn in that location. I have booked a classic triple room with AC and heater facilities. And the *** offered me a room without lock for the front door. There was no light in the restrooms. The AC was totally ripped apart and was not working. The room was terrible and smells like a pile of trash inside. The blanket provided in my room is bitten by rats in multiple places. There were cockroaches roaming all over the room. The staff was irresponsible. After seeing the rooms condition I asked them to provide me a room with proper amenities as promised in the booking confirmation. But they told me to stay on the streets till the next day to provide me someother room. Turns out they have been doing this scam for many people like me. I lively witnessed 4 to 5 members being affected by this scamming hotel in matter of 30 minutes. Oyo declined my refund request stating I have checked-in to the hotel but these guys allowed me to see the room only after check-in. I didn't even stay in the hotel room for 1 minute. I spent another *** and booked another room near south extension which was far far better compared to this one.This is a fraud backed up by Oyo. I strongly suggest not to book this hotel.

Solo Traveller • India • Oct 2026This property is running a scam. You book the rooms well in advance, pay in advance but when you arrive they will tell you they don’t have a room for you. Ask you to move to another property. After a while, they will assign you a shittest room (their store room) in the name of your allocation. You are left with no option. Nothing works in that room, everything stinks and leaks. Wont even provide blankets. They want people to book and pay in advance so that they can run the never ending battle for your refund which never hot your account( confirmed by property worker)
