The hotel looked good at first glance, but the service was not up to the expected standard. We had to repeatedly complain about several issues before any action was taken. Some areas were also not clean, which was disappointing considering the standards they claim to maintain. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have better options available

Had a very bad experience in this hotel . As soon as we enter the kettle was dirty it was so dirty that I literally saw mould flowing in . The entire room has dust from the tray on the tv console to bed side tables coffee table chairs top of bed . Tv was not working , bathroom was dirty . Food was horrible . Everything is bad in this hotel . Coming to service worst service ever I faced . Have travelled world but never saw such kind of service . When I spoke about reviews this ppl didn’t care infact they told me your one review won’t matter . I got the entire room cleaned after entering the room . I have no idea what I paid for . The staff in the reception is the worst I met so far extremely unprofessional and rude . They hardly care for there guest . I was travelling with senior citizen they don’t have basics of even helping with the suitcases . I would never suggest this hotel at anyone. Horrible services and staff to the core . Wish I can give minus ratings to them .
