Hotel Regent Grand

We had booked this hotel for our parents’ through our travel agency during their trip to Delhi. The rooms were neat and clean, but we were very disappointed with how the hotel handled the surprises we arranged for them.We had arranged and paid extra for a surprise candlelight dinner, expecting a nice setup with proper decorations and fancy candles. Instead, they just placed one normal candle in a glass(which we drink water) in a regular table in the room. It was very disappointing, especially when we had clearly mentioned it was a special surprise. It was honestly embarrassing and felt like they had no idea what a candlelight dinner means.We also ordered a surprise cake through Swiggy and delivered to the hotel reception, telling the hotel staff to serve it with the dinner as a surprise. Instead of keeping it a surprise, the staff called our parents’ room and asked if they had ordered a cake ’ completely spoiled and ruining the surprise.Our parents still enjoyed their stay because the room was comfortable, but the hotel staff really need to learn how to handle special requests and surprises. If you’re planning something special for your loved ones, we don’t recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Regent Grand, and it was a pleasant and comfortable experience overall. The highlight of my stay was definitely the room quality ’ spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The interiors were elegant with good lighting, comfortable bedding, and all basic amenities in place. It felt relaxing and premium without being overly expensive.The housekeeping staff deserves appreciation for keeping the rooms tidy and ensuring everything was in order throughout the stay. The bathroom was clean and modern, with all essential toiletries provided.The location of the hotel is quite convenient ’ easily accessible and well-connected to nearby areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite and professional.The only small area of improvement could be the restaurant service speed and some minor updates in common areas, but nothing major that affects the comfort of the stay.Overall, Hotel Regent Grand offers great rooms, courteous service, and good value for money. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay experience.

Premium location and great facilities to travel with family

This facility will definitely disappoint you if you're paying more than 2k per night. In first impression you'll notice that. not worth to that money. It is definitely clean but all over foul smell getting noticed. Even drinking water they will charge you limit is 1l per person which low more than average. It's not about money it's about treating customers. Rooms are quiet small, buffet breakfast not have much options, if you're non vegetarian you had bad luck you're going to get max boiled egg or omlet.
