I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. The hotel is located at the end of a very long, narrow lane, and there is no transport available to reach it easily, which made it very inconvenient. I had booked an AC room, but when we arrived, the staff refused to provide the AC service unless we paid an additional ₹800. We were forced to pay ₹800 extra for two days just to have the AC turned on, despite already booking an AC room. The owner, Mr. Chander Mohan, was especially rude and disrespectful. He does not know how to speak politely to women and showed no concern for our safety or comfort. Since we were female guests, we expected basic respect and support, but instead we were treated very poorly. There was also a water leakage issue in our bathroom. We reported it to the staff, but no action was taken, and the problem remained unresolved throughout our stay. The only positive part of this experience was the excellent support from the Ixigo app’s customer service. They were very helpful and assisted us when the hotel staff failed to do so. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its rude staff, poor service, misleading room charges, unresolved maintenance issues, and lack of respect and concern for female guests.

Group • India • Aug 2026The hallways were peaceful, and checking in was very easy. The desk in the room made working late convenient, and having room service available 24 hours was a great benefit. It's close enough to walk to important transit points and downtown restaurants. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.
