Had a wonderful time here, I suggest everyone visit to enjoy the beautiful view, excellent service, and a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Average Experience – Needs ImprovementThe room was average and did not feel worth the price. There was no Smart TV; instead, they provided a basic Free Dish connection with poor picture quality and very limited entertainment options.The balcony was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing, especially since a balcony should be one of the highlights of the room. The geyser was also not working, making the stay quite uncomfortable.Another major issue was the lack of AC. The hotel details mention/add AC rooms, but the room provided to us did not have AC. This should be clearly mentioned while booking so guests know exactly what facilities they are paying for.Overall, the room and facilities were quite average, with several basic amenities either missing or not working. The hotel needs to improve cleanliness, room maintenance, and transparency regarding AC room availability and facilities.
