Good rooms, clean western toilet ’?, Best food, waiting space, lift, extra

I had an extremely bad experience at this hotel. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Basic courtesy and hospitality were totally missing.The room was poorly maintained’unclean, worn out, and clearly not looked after. Several things were either broken or not working properly, and despite complaining, no action was taken.Overall, this hotel does not deserve your time or money. Bad service, bad maintenance, and bad attitude. Don’t book this hotel at all.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel due to poor staff behavior and billing problems. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and when I raised concerns, they were ignored. On top of that, I was overcharged and the billing was not transparent

Ok stay , breakfast options could be a bit better, bell boy should be a little more prompt in taking guests luggage

The hotel is located at a very central location with all amenities nearby. The rooms are very spacious and clean and it feels just like home. The hotel infrastructure is a little old but this is what makes it homely and we do not feel like we are living in a hotel. Corridors and rooms are very well ventilated and this is the thing which sets this hotel apart from others. Service and housekeeping staff are very friendly and kind. Rooms are very spacious(400 sq ft) and you cannot get this amount of area even in any 5 star hotel in bhopal. Food is not that good and I would rather recommend people to eat outside as a lot of good restaurants are in the vicinity of the hotel(ICH is just in front of it). Parking is an issue and you might encounter a little difficulty parking your car here(space is intermittently available in the noon, but surely available if you reach at night).
