I chose this hotel because of its 24/7 check-in and check-out, breakfast availability, and positive cleanliness reviews. I arrived with my son around 3 a.m., expecting a comfortable stay for three days. They assured me breakfast would be ready by 8 and delivered to the room. The room was spacious and seemed clean at first glance, but the linens and pillow covers were clearly worn and torn. I overlooked this since they were still clean. When I tried to use the hot water around 8 a.m., it didn't work. After a few minutes, I went to the reception at 8:15 a.m. to report it. They said hot water would be available later and sent a bucket of hot water after 10 minutes, which was insufficient for two people and too late as we had to leave for work at 9:30 a.m. We only managed to wash our faces and take a quick, superficial bath. I also asked for breakfast to be delivered to the room, and the staff told me to order via the room phone and gave me the number to dial. From about 8:30 to 8:45 a.m., I repeatedly tried calling but got no answer and wasn't sure if the call connected due to no clear ringing tone. Running late and frustrated, I decided to check out immediately and find another place. The checkout was worse than the room issues. The manager was argumentative, aggressive, and accused me of lying, insisting I never requested breakfast and that hot water was provided "when asked," implying guests must constantly seek out staff for basic needs. Even when another staff member confirmed I asked for food and gave me the phone number instead of taking the order directly, the manager ignored him and kept shouting. The situation became hostile, and the manager even threatened to involve the police. As a visitor from another city, I found this intimidating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Maintenance problems can happen anywhere, but management's response is what counts. Sadly, the manager's attitude and confrontational behavior were more disappointing than the room itself. I only avoided further trouble because a local cab driver spoke to the manager on my behalf, as I don't know Hindi. When I tried to inform reception about checking out by having my husband speak to the manager in Hindi over the phone, the manager forcibly took the phone back from him mid-conversation, so I had to ask the cab driver to intervene. I wanted to record the incident and file a complaint but was running late and felt unsafe due to the manager's rude behavior. They charge 2200 for a room but offer poor service. I ended up here early because of my irregular train schedule. Had I known about this hospitality, I would have booked a better place for an extra day, which I will now have to pay for anyway due to this incident.

I booked ac room but hotel reception staff says we can give you non ac room and booking page no mantion ac room and non ac room and reception staff call or text someone unknown from Ixigo and he says your booking recipt not mantion ac room or non ac room
