After reading some of the reviews we were rather skeptical about our booking. However on arrival we were greeted so well, and Ms.Varsha at the front desk helped in allaying our doubts. (Our stay was on 14th 15th and 16th December 2025) Our observation:1 Location is excellent, just beside the railway station.2 Service of staff was good and ALL our problems were addressed.3. The breakfast was good, on time and the restaurant is also well maintained, although some repair work seems to be ongoing.4. Our suite was spacious and we got all our needs met (laundry service etc). As a first time visitor to Bhopal our stay was pleasant.

Worst experience.I booked an Executive Room through your application, and the images displayed clearly showed a large room with multiple facilities. However, upon arrival, I was provided with a Classic Room, which does not match the booking details or the images shown in the app.When I raised this issue with the staff and showed them the images from the application, they refused to exchange the room. The manager was particularly uncooperative and claimed that the issue was due to a ’glitch’ in the application. Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to leave and was told about canceling the booking.This is unacceptable. I booked and paid for an Executive Room based on the information provided in the app. If there was a technical error, it should not affect the customer or force them to downgrade their stay.

Excellent Staff, Great service but rooms were not up to mark. There was cigarette smell even though they were non- smoking rooms. Bathroom had mould and were not stocked with basic essentials.If they can match the rooms quality with service it can be a great place to stay. Service 10 out of ten. Rooms 3 out of 10.

Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI recently had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I booked my room well in advance, but upon my late-night arrival on the 16th, I was given a room (107) that was next to ongoing metro work and a busy roadside. The noise was unbearable, and every passing hour felt like torture.The room itself was cramped, measuring only about 10x12 feet, and it was in poor condition with marks all over the walls. I started feeling giddy from the lack of comfort and the overwhelming noise.Around 1 AM, when the sound became intolerable, I went downstairs to request assistance. While the staff was somewhat accommodating, the alternative room they provided was equally unhygienic and did not meet my expectations.Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
