I booked a deluxe room online for August 6th and arrived at the hotel with my wife at midnight. The first room the receptionist showed us was terrible—it looked like a cheap *** room. Another room was occupied by some guys who were drinking alcohol and smoking; my wife got scared. I told them that the room shown during booking wasn't available and that we didn't want to stay there. Then they showed us another room that was somewhat better, but the bathroom wasn't clean, there was no soap, and the TV was broken. They didn't even provide the Wi-Fi password. They asked me to leave a good review. When I asked about hot water in the bathroom, they claimed it was only available during winter. I pointed out that hot water was listed as an amenity when I booked, but they had no answer for that. We were supposed to check out at 10:00 AM the next day, but they switched off the AC from downstairs at 9:30 AM. I can't understand how this hotel got 'excellent' reviews; it seems like a huge scam. Please, do not book this hotel online, and certainly do not visit with your family. It is absolutely terrible.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathrooms were dirty, early check-in was not available, the room was unclean, and the staff were rude.
