Very poorly maintained rooms. Broken bathroom sink, no hot water, shower not working, gave only one towel even though booked for two guests, arrogant staff. Car doesn't reach the hotel gate- have to walk for 200-300mt from road. Hotel doesn't send staff to help pick luggage. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Got a room with my friends enjoyed the stay but no service is available, the washroom have no water pressure the rooms were also not that big but still worth the price that cost us 400 per person like1200 overall it was a place if you want just a room and not that great service than you can go for it, they have no staff available at night if want water or anything that is necessary so keep that in mind. The view was nice, peacy and calm overall we enjoyed the stay as i was with my friends still not recommend it much.

This is a good, comfortable and budget stay in Shimla (just 200 m from the Old Shimla bus stand) for couple of nights. In-room dining is available. Quality of the foods are good. The help desk is very active to arrange any tour around the city. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying there.

A wonderful place with good view from the hotel windows. But the main highlight was the staff, they were very helpful and hospitable. The kitchen where the food was prepared was super clean. The food also tasted like home and was delicious. I highly recommend anyone who is planning to stay in Shimla. The hotel is also close from mall road so its a good spot for all the shopping addicts ’?
