Hotel SM Comforts BTM Layout

Rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely helpful

I frequently stay here and used to really appreciate the previous staff who were very friendly, and the rooms and washrooms were well maintained and sanitized. However, the new staff are quite rude, overcharged us, and the room we received was not clean. The washroom had no water, the jet spray and flush were not working, and none of the taps had water except the hand wash sink. I wouldn't recommend this place for couples because the staff are rude to them. Their behavior was very disappointing.

Great service and the best hotel I have ever seen

The room walls are dirty with stains that might be blood or something else. The hotel is mainly frequented by unmarried couples, so consider this before booking. Most cleaning staff are not very polite, except for a Kannada-speaking guy who cleans well. Linen is rarely changed, maybe every two days, and sometimes not even then if they don't notice dirt. Avoid this hotel if cleanliness is important to you. The hotel also has a bad odor. Some rooms feel cramped and lack natural light and ventilation. Bathrooms have stains that could be from paan or blood. I have photos of the room walls but not the bathrooms.

This is the worst lodge I've encountered in Bangalore. My sister stayed there a week ago and now she has a bed bug allergy on her leg. She chose this place based on Google reviews, but there were many cockroaches and bed bugs, which she reported to the manager who ignored her complaints. On the first day, she was badly bitten by bed bugs. This place is terrible; I would never recommend visiting here.
