Decent hotel with good service. However it is not a great location.

The hotel was very good for families.

The room I was staying was executive room on the 3rd floor. It had a pungent bug repellant smell so I requested to shift me to any other room. Thereafter I was shifted to 1st floor room. The room was very small. The corners of the room was very dirty. Only the visible areas were cleaned by the staff. The bathroom flush did not work properly so I had to fill water in bucket and flush out manually. The bathroom was infested with cockroaches. The TV channels were limited and no source of entertainment. The air conditioner was full of dust. Only after complainant the staff came to clean the filter. After my first day, I gave keys for cleaning the room, but it was not cleaned. When I came back and complained the staff came to clean the room while I was about to refresh myself. Then they made me sit and wait in reception till they cleaned the room. I was waiting for long time yet no one informed he room is cleaned. The breakfast was supposed to be good but it was pathetic as if they were giving the food for free so no care on it. May be that is the best quality they offer and may be since I am from south I expected some quality and taste, may be my bad, I had diorreah the next day . Overall rating is ’0/10’ for the room and food. But service was just ok and I will rate 3/10. Value for money is 1/10 if you are least bothered about your health and self respect.

I stayed in an executive room on the 3rd floor, but it smelled strongly of bug repellent, so I asked to be moved to another room. I was then moved to a small room on the 1st floor. The corners were very dirty, and only the visible parts seemed cleaned by the staff. The bathroom flush was faulty, so I had to manually flush using a bucket of water. Cockroaches were present in the bathroom. The TV had few channels and no entertainment options. The air conditioner was dusty, and only after complaining did staff clean the filter. After the first day, I left my keys for room cleaning, but it wasn't cleaned. When I returned and complained, staff cleaned the room while I was about to freshen up, then made me wait at reception for a long time without informing me when the room was ready. Breakfast was disappointing, seeming like it was given without care, possibly because it was free. Being from the south, I expected better quality and taste, but I ended up with diarrhea the next day. Overall, I rate the room and food 0/10, service 3/10, and value for money 1/10 if you don't mind your health and dignity.
