I am unhappy with this place because I booked for 2 nights at a total price of 30 euros, but when I arrived, they charged me 37 euros. Why did this happen? Why is the price on booking.com different from the property's price? I showed all the booking proof, PIN code, and confirmation code, but they said they don't care about booking.com. What is going on? The staff argue with clients and do not respect them. I recommend not staying at this hotel.
