Hotel Usha Ascot

Hello Usha Ascot Team,Thanks for your good hospitality and attention. We had a good and comfortable stay at Usha Ascot. We (Self and My Wife) checked in on 8th Nov 2025 for 2 nights.Overall the property is very big , serene and is well maintained.The room allocated to us was 609, had a small balcony and it was with a pool / garden view which was nice.The room upkeep was good .. The front office team / restaurant team / house keeping was very prompt and supportive.We had all our meals in the hotel only as our package included the same. We enjoyed all the meals (only veg ) including hi tea in the evening.Entertainment programs in the evening near pool was refreshing and fun.Bar is also available and market and other sight seeing attractions are walking distance of 10 to 20 minutes .Overall a very good stay and will surely keep coming back to Usha Ascot.

This is a huge property with many rooms and cottages. The landscape here is natural with many birds singing happily including Malabar Whistling Thrush, Puff Throated Babbler and Oriental Magpai Robin.Service is reasonably good. The major issue is food here as they don't serve A La Carte. We have to opt for buffet package only.We were allotted two rooms and the doors of both the rooms were jammed. The other rooms offered had similar issue. Finally the carpenter made some adjustments and we checked in after half an hour.

We booked rooms from Mumbai office with Ankita’s help. Checked in on August 22. Overall, I would give ratings of minus 5, and not even 0.5.After entering, what we see were disastrous.1. There were no doormats. On asking, they said’we provide only one and that too was torn.2. There were mosquitoes in green tea plate.3. No towel rack in the bathroom.4. Brown chairs were as old and uncleaned as from 1990.5. Water leakage was there from ceiling.6. No hair dryer provision. Never seen this in any other property we have stated so far.7. Never seen such a worst bathroom.8. In fact, there was no shower gel and shampoo in its container.9. The main door was not getting closed properly.Overall, I recommend to booking Byke Resort than Usha Ascot. Previously, I stayed in Byke. Since Usha’s prices were higher, I thought it must be a better property. But it was the worst experience ever in this property.

We expected a lot but the service was not upto the mark. On arrival we found that the washroom wasn't clean and the stinking smell was spread in the room also. We were not informed about the hot water timings and frequent changes in the dinning room. House keeping did not provide us with tea sachet even after reminding. TV was not recharged. And on reminding also management did not recharge it. Moreover games room has no games at all. Dirty and lack of lights. Overall I don't recommend it for anyone.

Wonderful resort for staying with family and friends. Swimming pool, Spa, badminton court and indoor sport available. Also there's a dance floor separately. The food ( Veg only) quality is awesome. Nicely located in the dench forest with nice rooms and service.
