IIDL Suites New Delhi

The room size and the kitchenette in every room. it is a huge plus..mwith all the advantages pf a hotel, along with comfort of an apartment.they provid taxi services, and in-room-dinning and housekeeping...its the best combination of services found at a hotel and comfort of an Air-B-N-Bi will always recommend this place

I had gone there to meet someone. The room was spacious with all the amenities including an induction cooker. It was clean & the room service was good. Bathroom is huge with a bath tub & a shower cubicle. The location is not too far from the New Delhi railway station but quite a distance from the IGI airport. The reception & waiting lounge was big & the decor good.

Located at a 10 minutes walkable distance from Mayur Vihar Extension metro station. Rooms are very good, spacious and loaded with all amenities, including a fridge, an induction, and a bathtub. Service is good. Buffet breakfast has enough variety.Only negative is that the wear & tear is visible in the room (the ply used, the marbles on the floor, the water taps, etc.) It's most likely due to the high salinity of the water. But after staying for 6 nights, I didn't find it a deal breaker.

Stayed at IILS Suites for 2 nights with my wife and child and the experience was very disturbing.The most concerning incident happened when we went out for breakfast. During that time, hotel staff entered our room and cleaned it without any prior notice or permission. When we returned and saw that someone had accessed our room in our absence, it was honestly quite scary.We immediately raised this issue with the front desk, asking who authorized entry into our room. To our surprise, they casually responded that ’it’s our procedure.’ This is completely unacceptable. In all my years of traveling and staying at hotels’from 3-star to 5-star properties’I have never experienced staff entering a guest’s room without informing them.What makes it worse is that I had already seen similar concerns in other reviews but chose to overlook them since we only needed a short stay. That turned out to be a mistake.This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional’it raises serious safety and privacy concerns, especially when you’re traveling with family. Anything could happen in your absence.I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this property. Would not recommend.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience to stay at IIDL Suites. The manager, Kushar Singh ji, went above and beyond for us ’ incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating. The favors and extra assistance he extended to us meant so much, and we truly felt taken care of. The entire staff matched that same level of attentiveness and professionalism throughout our stay. It was clear that hospitality is something this team genuinely takes pride in.The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully well-maintained. We also loved the breakfast buffet. And one unexpected highlight ’ the shower pressure was phenomenal!We had such a memorable stay and couldn’t recommend IIDL Suites enough.
