Terrible service, they charged extra for an additional bed which was dusty and infested with insects. Couldn't sleep well and the staff was uncooperative. The bathroom was also dirty. They charge high prices but don't deliver even a fraction of good service. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The room was tidy, roomy, and very comfortable. The bed was snug, the bathroom was kept in good condition, and the atmosphere was calming. The staff were courteous and supportive during my entire stay. The location was handy with nice amenities close by. It's certainly a great option for a quiet and cozy visit. I look forward to returning!

The room was comfortable enough, but cleanliness could definitely be improved. I noticed a few things that made the stay less comfortable than expected. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Dear Owner/Management, I want to formally report a very disappointing stay at your hotel. Before arrival, I confirmed the room price by phone, but the actual experience involved misleading offers and unfair charges. Please address these serious problems immediately: We were promised a "Super Deluxe Room" for ₹1,500 (10-12 hours), but received a basic Deluxe Room missing standard features like a seating area, table, and had a very small bathroom. Although ₹1,500 was confirmed both on phone and arrival, your reception suddenly asked for ₹2,000. After a stressful argument, we were forced to pay ₹1,700–1,800. Regarding water bottles, your staff charged ₹30 for a bottle marked ₹20, saying "utna hi charge karte hai" (that's just what we charge). One bottle was complimentary, but staff denied this and demanded ₹60 for two bottles instead of ₹20 for one extra. When I said I would not accept being scammed and would post online, the receptionist arrogantly said, "chalega daaldo" (go ahead and post it). As a business owner, I believe you do not support your staff cheating guests, misrepresenting rooms, or encouraging negative reviews with such attitudes. I ask for a quick explanation and refund of the extra charges for room and water. If unresolved, I will share this experience on major travel and review sites.
