We were coming from a distant place and had to pick a hotel to stay, so we chose this one and booked through Agoda. However, the receptionist refused to check us in without giving a clear reason and showed a bad attitude. We arrived around 9:30 PM, and he just kept saying he needed payment and to contact Agoda. Traveling with our parents, we had to wait about 45 minutes to resolve the issue and find another nearby hotel. There were also many mosquitoes on the property. This was the worst hotel experience ever.
