Hotel room are not upto mark. Bed sheets are dirty, rooms are not standard rooms, washrooms locks are broken. Gyser is not working, After multiple call to reception they also didn’t solve the issue. Rooms were very smelly. Don’t recommend anyone .

The room was in poor condition. It was not clean, cockroaches were present, and clothes were left in the bathroom. The room was filled with mosquitoes, there was a bad smell, and no water bottle was provided.’

PATHETIC HOTEL,PATHETIC SERVICE, 0 sense of cleanliness, 0 sense of how to treat a guest and his stay.0 knowldge about how a hotel works.Rooms- so small with no cupboards, no storage.Dirty with hair sticking on the wiresToo much of noise outside the roomBathroom- shower doesnt work. Drainage was clogged. Had to complain twice then on the third day i could take bath in a clean bathroomNo toileteries were given at the time of check in. No towel given at the time of check in.Food- they did not have kitchen and xharged me for complimentary bfst.Jab complain ki toh 3 din idli sambhar de diyaa breakfast ke naam par.Service- early at 8 am , room cleaning staff entered the room without knocking. Are bhai.. aise kaise ghus sakte ho bina bell / knock kare.My horrible stay i have ever had in my entire life
