Worst experienced I've ever had, I wish i could give this hotel zero stars- my stay here was a complete disappointment from the moment i arrived.Bottled water wasnt provided in the room and we had to request for it and they audacity to charge us extra for it. Food was tasteless to say the least. We booked a room for 3 adults and one child and the barely 2 people could sleep in this bed.I highly recommend that you do not choose this hotel for your stay.

We recently dined at Hill Town Restaurant and ordered biryani and veg meals-both were absolutely delicious! Their customer service was excellent, and it's definitely one of the best restaurants in Kattappana.They also provide ample parking space, which is a bonus. Highly recommend this spot to everyone
