I’m genuinely disappointed to write this review because we had stayed here 2’3 times before without any issues. The rooms and service used to be good, which is why we chose to book this place again.During our previous stay, I specifically requested an apartment and even paid an advance to reserve it. However, when we arrived, we were repeatedly asked to wait. After waiting for nearly two hours, we were informed that our room was ready, but instead of the apartment we had booked, we were taken to a cottage. The cottage had a strong smell of fish fry and was not clean. When I questioned this, the staff insisted that I had booked a cottage, which was not true. In fact, I didn't even know they offered cottages, so there was no way I would have requested one. After arguing with us, they finally agreed to provide another room, but we had to wait for another hour before we were given one.Unfortunately, we made the mistake of booking this property again recently. This time, the room was in very poor condition. It did not appear to have been cleaned properly after the previous guests checked out. The bathroom had visible stains, and there was waste left under the bed, which was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. The bedsheets also did not look fresh or newly changed, which added to the impression that the room had not been cleaned properly.Based on our last two experiences, the quality of service and cleanliness has declined significantly. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this place.

പത്തു പൈസയ്ക്കും വിലക്കയറ്റം ഇല്ലാത്ത റൂം, ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല, നിലത്തു മുഴുവൻ മുടി നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. ക്യാഷ് കൊടുക്കാതെ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഫ്രീ അല്ല. വളരെ മോശം, ആരും അവിടെ റൂം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യരുത്. ആദ്യ റൂം ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്തില്ല, മാറ്റി, ബട്ടൺ മാറ്റി നൽകിയ റൂം അവസ്ഥ അതേപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് യാത്ര കഴിഞ്ഞ് വന്നപ്പോൾ അട്ജസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു.

Stayed here for two nights.The first room I got was in the first floor. When I checked the sheets , there were brown stains on it.I requested a different room. I was given a room in the ground floor.The walls of that room had mould build up.There were stains on the toilet seat.I was tired and it was already a bit late into the night that I slept here. I was already coming down with a bit of cold.Next day I woke up even more sick.The AC wents were dripping water on to the table.I somehow managed for another night and then checked out.May be other reviewers got a different room.For me there was a general lack of cleanliness and comfort.

However, that room had mold on the walls and stains on the toilet seat. I was tired and it was late, so I slept there despite feeling a bit sick. The next morning, I felt worse. The AC vents were dripping water onto the table. I managed to stay one more night before checking out. Maybe other guests had different experiences, but for me, the place lacked cleanliness and comfort.
