It's a nice place to stay with family.

I travel alone for work and have simple, non-negotiable needs: a good night's rest and a decent breakfast. I booked this hotel via MakeMyTrip for those reasons. What followed was two nights of continuous failures that tested my patience to the limit. Night One — The AC stopped working at 11:30 PM. I checked in at 10 PM, but by 11:30 PM the air conditioning was completely off. I managed to get through the night. The next morning, I reported two problems at reception: the AC was broken and the lights flickered. I clearly asked them to fix both or change my room before I returned from work. They promised to handle it. Night Two — Nothing was fixed, not even the bed. I came back at 11:45 PM to find the lights still flickering, the AC still dead, and my bed unmade. I called reception, but the person had no clue what I was talking about. He said he would look for another room. At 12:15 AM, he came with a key and asked me to check the alternate room. I carried my bags and went over, only to find the key didn’t work. After two nights of broken promises, they sent me to a room with a key that didn’t open it. When I finally got into the replacement room, the AC there was also broken. I spent two nights sleeping in heat with no apologies. Breakfast — cold food, repeated issues, and no accountability. After two sleepless nights, I hoped breakfast would be better. The food was cold. When I mentioned it, staff microwaved the same food and returned it, ruining its texture and taste. A staff member took my feedback and said she would inform the manager. The next morning, breakfast was cold again. The same woman asked for feedback once more. I reminded her I had already told her the day before and nothing had changed. She had no reply. Throughout all these problems — broken AC, wrong key, cold food — not one staff member apologized. Not once. This stay failed to meet even basic hospitality standards, let alone what’s expected from a hotel endorsed by major travel agencies. I hope this review reaches someone who can take action.
