I recently stay in this hotel and my experience was worst !From the moment we arrived the hotel the receptionist was very busy and rude , he doesn’t even seems like he saw us ,, we have to go to him and call him and talk to him like a staff whom trying to talk their boss ! And finally we’ve done check-in formalities ,, we went up to our room and that room was deluxe room , but I haved booked superior room ! I just went down and talk the receptionist and showing my booking id’s and all but he told me it’s not showing in our site ! And later on he told we don’t have vacant room in superior room ,. I don’t know what their problem also I haved booked superior room in more amount also but nothing was shorted out ! And we stayed in that deluxe room which they given to us, we found a big house fly and bed bugs ! And in the mid of the night the light went 10+ times . I don’t want anyone will experience those kind of such things,,very poor

He was accommodated in a different building.

The hotel is nice but located quite far from the city, so choose carefully.

This hotel provides a tranquil setting equipped with contemporary amenities and excellent service. The employees are accommodating, and the rooftop pool overlooking the mountains is fantastic.
