We stayed at Maple for the past three days, and I strongly request everyone not to choose this hotel for any reason. Our experience was extremely disappointing:1. Very poor management2. Extremely bad food quality3. They informed us that the renovation was completed, but the rooms still had multiple damages4. The cold water was sandy and even appeared black5.They charged a very high amount, and when we requested a reduction, they said the management wouldn’t allow it. They also mentioned that if any discount was given, it would be deducted from the employees’ salaries, which was very unprofessional.We have stayed here 2’3 times before for functions, and the management was good at that time. But this time, the experience was the worst.Please do not choose this hotel.
