My experience at Hotel M Grand was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with every comfort thoughtfully provided ’ from plush bedding to modern amenities.The hotel’s location is perfect ’ close to major attractions yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. I especially loved the dining experience; the restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes, and breakfast each morning was a real treat.What truly stood out, though, was the level of service. Every interaction felt personal and genuine, which made my stay even more memorable.I would highly recommend Hotel M Grand to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The rooms are really nice and comfortable. We had a small issue with hot water, but the staff were great and quickly changed our room. AC was faulty but provided the comfort needed when set at 16c.Service throughout the stay was super ’ everyone was friendly, fast, and attentive. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of options.The hotel could use a bit more ventilation as there was a slight damp smell. Also, the front desk lady, though friendly, did seem a bit pushy about tips and extra charges, which felt unprofessional.Overall, a pleasant stay ’ great service and staff, just a few things that could be improved.

I had recently attended a workshop in M Grand, Chennai. The hospitality of the staff there was admirable.From the moment I arrived with other fellow doctors, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and a willingness to help.What stood out most was their attention to detail and the personal touches’they remembered our names, offered helpful local tips, and made sure every request was handled quickly and kindly. Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable.Highly recommend this place for anyone who values excellent service!

Total Rip Off, not at all worth the stay. Bed spreads used on bed are not at all clean, you can see stains everywhere. Rusty Hangers in the bathroom on which towels are laid. Pictures you see online do not justify the room, A/C will stop abruptly not at all user friendly. Also, the Lady at front desk is disappointed that you made the reservation from online not with the Hotel itself and she specifically mentioned that you paid less. Also, I have booked the hotel in a hurry due to urgency, if I would have seen the reviews. I would have never stepped in there. If you really want to experience disappointing stay you can visit this hotel.

Due to some miscommunication, the amount was settled against the room, and on the same day my company also transferred the full amount.In this situation, Nirma Madam was very helpful and ensured that I received my refund back without any hassle. I really appreciate her support.The services and hospitality were excellent, and the breakfast was wonderful. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying stay.
