Solo Traveller • India • Sep 2026The rooms are pleasant and cozy for staying. The only issue is that the AC control is placed too high to reach easily. Since I am tall, I can reach it, but if possible, management should consider relocating it from above the TV to somewhere near the main door.

Hi the room was booked by my company through Yatra for my 3 day stay at Chennai. The rooms are decent, but the wash basin where little outflow was less., but that was manageable. The reception staff lady was well behaved and good. All other staffs service were good, provided complimentary breakfast two days. Overall good experiance.

If you’re considering this hotel because it’s near the US visa center, do yourself a favor and avoid it. Staying here is not worth the discomfort. I booked for two nights but left after just one. The sheets were clearly dirty, the bathroom drain caused a sewer smell to fill the room whenever the sink or shower was used, and there were no lockers or basic amenities you’d expect even from a budget hotel (and the price per night is definitely not budget). It’s truly an unpleasant experience. Avoid it even if your visit is just for a quick visa interview. And if you’re in Chennai for leisure, stay far away. I’m not a picky traveler, but this is easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
