Disappointing Service Stay

I would rate this hotel just 1 star because of the very bad customer service and housekeeping. After 11 PM, the reception phone is apparently left off the hook, so guests cannot reach reception even in emergencies. When we checked, the phone was simply off the receiver. Housekeeping is also very poor. For two days, we left the room key at reception and asked for cleaning, but they only made the bed. Used water bottles, old soaps, papers, and trash were not removed, and the bathroom was not cleaned well. The reception staff's attitude and response are below expectations. I urge the hotel owner or management to act quickly and improve customer service and housekeeping. I stayed here on a business trip, and since our team travels often, I will report this feedback to our management and suggest avoiding this hotel for future official stays. My advice: don’t waste your money here until the service gets better.
