Misty Meridian Serviced Apartment

The rooms were extremely unclean, and the sheets were dirty as well. After lying down, our whole body felt itchy. Additionally, during our stay in the 3bhk, we experienced what seemed like paranormal activity all night.

The towels were ripped. The door was damaged. The taps were faulty. The kitchen had no dishes. The TV didn't work. There was no hot water in the bathroom.

Stayed in a 2 BHK apartment with family. The maintenance was poor. Noticed black mold on the fan blades and small cockroaches in the kitchen and bedroom wardrobes. Maintenance needs significant improvement.

We selected this hotel because it was near Fortis where my sister was having surgery. However, the experience was disappointing. The sheets were unclean, and the inexperienced staff member could only provide one extra sheet. The bathrooms had leaking basins and taps, the sofas had cigarette burns, and the gas was not functioning. Overall, it did not justify the amount we paid. On the positive side, safety seemed adequate and the manager was reasonably professional.

The owner did not inform me about the 12 to 12 check-in timing before I arrived, and at check-out, he charged extra based on the 12 am check-in schedule.
