Stay was great, staff were good as well but don’t expect good food like we ordered pepper chicken but we received chicked dipped in water with some pepper no jinger, garlic, garam masala taste

The best spot I've ever seen in my journey. The location and the view was so beautiful and we enjoyed a lot. The rooms were clean and maintained well. The food is delicious. We had a nice time in the garden as it is maintained very well. Overall, we had a great experience.

We stayed here for 2 days . The location is excellent as we can see full ooty city from garden with a fog everywhere early morning. The room service was decent but on the 2nd day after room cleaning they didn't provided toiletries and when we asked on call they provided only soaps and also told us that you made hand towel very dirty. The breakfast has decent variety of items and taste was also good . The dinner was pay and eat but the menu contained very less options for veg and the prices where very high and food was not worth the price . Also as ooty is somewhat cold then other cities but they didn't provided proper heating system .

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The rooms were comfortable, the views were absolutely beautiful, and the entire property was well maintained and relaxing. A special thank you to Ashok, his warm hospitality and attentive service made our experience truly memorable. He went above and beyond to help us and ensured everything was perfect.
