Couple • India • Sep 2026I stayed in a 2BHK on the 7th floor. The living room is actually smaller than it appears in the photos. The floor in the living room was sticky the entire time. One of the fans in the living room didn’t work at all. I saw cockroaches moving around in the living room. There was a large leakage stain on the master bedroom wall. The bathrooms were clean but had no warm water and the exhaust fan was not working. The caretaker was helpful. You have to go all the way to the security gate to pick up any food or other deliveries.

I often stay here. They fail to offer basic items such as tea bags, coffee sachets, milk powder or creamer, and sugar, which are usually available in any decent accommodation. The apartments themselves are okay, but the service is lacking.

The apartments are well maintained and come with all the necessary amenities for both short and long stays. I spent two full weeks there, and it was an excellent experience. The caretaker, Mr. Aaftab, is very helpful and always answered calls promptly. Even when he wasn't physically at the property, he made sure that assistance was provided as needed.
