Ostello

The stay was very enjoyable, and the rooms were clean, though the air conditioner was not quite adequate. Otherwise, it was a complete and satisfying experience. We were a group of boys, and there were no restrictions 🍻🚬, but smoking and drinking should be limited to common areas, which is also fine.

Best spot area and room is very decent and staff is very good respect

The real owners of this hostel do not reside here; they live in a different location. They have assigned a manager to run the hostel, but his conduct is very rude and unprofessional. There are no CCTV cameras installed in the hostel. We stayed for one night, and it was a terrible experience. The air conditioning was broken, the bed was unclean, and the bathroom was filthy. In general, the hostel was in a very bad state, and I would advise against staying here.

Overall, the service was good and the location was very convenient. However, our first room had some roof leaks and blistered walls, so we needed to switch rooms.

If you are a woman or traveling with female friends, I would advise against staying here. The hostel felt quite unsafe. There were insects, spiders, lizards, and worms inside the dorm rooms. Our group of seven girls booked separate dorms, but the manager was rude and unhelpful. There was no privacy since staff entered the dorms without asking. The rooms were cramped, with six beds sharing just one common bathroom. The worst part was that staff insisted we keep the dorm door open overnight. Around 12:30 AM, a staff member knocked on our door, argued with us, and demanded the door remain open, ignoring our safety concerns. Overall, it was a very negative experience. I strongly recommend female travelers avoid this hostel.
