Disappointing Service Experience

My experience was very bad.Very poor hospitality. No manners at all. A waste of time and their behavior was very badBefore arriving at the hotel, I called to ask if the room was available. They said, "Yes, it was available, but you'd have to book with a pre-booking payment." I replied that online payment wasn't possible right now, so I let you know after reaching the airport and if the room was available, I come to your hotel. After arriving in Mumbai, I asked again if the room was available, and they said, "Yes, it was available, so you can come." When I arrived at the hotel, they told me to pay first and then wait. I said, "Okay, give me the QR code, and I'll make the payment." But they said, "Give me cash. I can't provide the QR code for payment because you didn't do that when I asked for a pre-booking with online payment." I didn't have any cash at the time, so we left the hotel.
