Broken AC, missing TVs and safety concerns

We booked a room at Hotel Garden Palace, but unfortunately the room was not clean or properly maintained. The room was very small and did not have basic facilities, including a TV. The AC was not working properly and water was leaking from it. When we asked them to fix the AC, the AC cabinet itself came down and almost fell.We also informed the staff about these issues, but there was no proper response or assistance. When we requested a different room, they asked us to pay extra for it. When we requested a refund instead, they refused and told us, “Do whatever you want.”Overall, the service and response were very disappointing. The room did not match the expected standard, and the hotel staff did not handle our complaints professionally. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Excellent hotel for families in Mumbai. Rooms are clean and roomy, with staff who are very helpful. Safe environment for children and elderly. Food is good, location is convenient, and it offers good value. The decor is basic rather than luxurious, but the hotel is dependable and comfortable. 5/5 ⭐
