The rooms were the worst.

Worth the cost

Stayed here twice and have no complaints.Full details ,Property is bit old so look wise rooms are bit old. But they are maintained absolutely clean and neat. Beddings. Lenin, pillows are also maintained well.Room is big considering other properties and kept tidy/clean.Staff are very co-operative and helpful incase of any issues.Looks like some rooms have AC cooling issue but when I have asked, they have immediately changed to a different room and it was good. So no complaints.TV units are bit old and looks like not suitable for a good watch..but barely stayed in room, so it didn't matter to me.Location is the best thing, just few steps to the marthahalli main road and bus stop. So absolute convenience.Breakfast could have be improved, now gas issues are settled so try to add more items. Both times they served upma and basic sandwich only. Please try to keep more items so that it would be worth.Would recommend for almost everyone but who doesn't complain about simple things.Attached pics of 2 rooms from my stats here.

I have stayed here twice and have no complaints. The property is somewhat old, so the rooms look a bit dated, but they are kept very clean and neat. The bedding, linen, and pillows are well maintained. The rooms are spacious compared to other places and are tidy and clean. The staff are very cooperative and helpful with any issues. Some rooms seem to have AC cooling problems, but when I mentioned it, they promptly moved me to another room which was fine, so no complaints there. The TV units are a bit old and don't seem ideal for good viewing, but since I hardly stayed in the room, it wasn't a problem for me. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Marathahalli main road and the bus stop, making it very convenient. Breakfast could be improved; now that the gas issues are resolved, they should add more items. Both times, they served only upma and basic sandwiches. Adding more variety would make it more worthwhile. I would recommend this place to almost everyone except those who complain about minor things. I've attached pictures of two rooms from my stays here.
