I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite booking my room well in advance (one month before), the staff refused to let me check in when I arrived. The lady at reception was arrogant and unprofessional in her behaviour ’ rude responses and no willingness to resolve the issue. This was especially frustrating since the reservation was confirmed and paid for.This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially after planning ahead. Staff should be trained to handle guests with respect and honour confirmed bookings. Overall, my experience was very poor, and I would not recommend staying here based on this service issue.

I had a reservation (which was confirmed, by the way) through Booking.com, and when I arrived at the hotel, they just said, "We are sold out." Even after showing her the confirmation from Booking, the girl said that "they didn't confirm it to Booking." So then, I just asked, "If you are sold out, why didn't you just block it through the site instead of getting more and more confirmations?" Fortunately, I could book another spot (I paid double due to the last minute), but I hope that with this message, you guys don't get "scammed" as I did.

This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The room looked nothing like what was advertised on Agoda’it was completely misleading. We were forced to check in only because no other accommodation was available and we were short on time.There is effectively no laundry service at this hotel. Despite repeatedly asking for towels, we were constantly told ’laundry is not available.’ When towels were finally given after multiple requests, they were wet and unusable, which is unacceptable. Even basic amenities like complimentary drinking water were missing from the room.The bed linen was stained, dirty, and clearly not cleaned properly, raising serious hygiene concerns. The overall environment strongly suggests that this property is used mainly for hourly stays by local couples, not for decent overnight accommodation.FAMILIES SHOULD STRICTLY STAY AWAY from this place. This hotel is misleading, unhygienic, and completely unfit for a comfortable or safe stay. I strongly recommend avoiding it altogether.

Very disappointing stay. Not worth the price.I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Clean towels were not provided for two days. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed after the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic.There was no blanket provided, and I was shivering at night due to the cold. To make things worse, a waiter rang my doorbell late at night to serve room service for another room, disturbing my sleep.The room was not clean at all, and despite paying ’3,500 per night, they didn’t even provide a complimentary bottle of water.The biggest disappointment was that the room interior did not match the pictures shown online. The images appear heavily photoshopped and are misleading.

People were nice and friendly, I would highly recommend this hotel.
