After the rain, the hotel faced a serious electrical problem. At first, my room had no lights. Although the lighting in my room was eventually fixed, many other rooms still had no power. The AC in my room also stopped working. When I reported it, I was told to keep the window open while the team attempted repairs. Unfortunately, they couldn't find the issue or fix the AC. Around midnight, management gave up and informed guests they had to check out because the problem couldn't be solved. As a first-time visitor to Ahmedabad and a solo female traveler, being asked to leave at that hour was very stressful and unsafe. The hotel offered no real help or alternative arrangements, and the staff seemed powerless. Luckily, the event organizers found another hotel nearby. Otherwise, I would have had to search for accommodation late at night before a long workday. I understand unexpected events can happen, especially during heavy rain. Still, for a three-star hotel, guests expect basic preparedness, communication, and support in emergencies. The handling of this situation was disappointing, and I hope management implements proper contingency plans so future guests avoid a similar experience.

Property was good..but misleaded by thumbnail, in twin deluxe room they have uploaded king size bed photo, and at the time of chech-in they refused to give, king size bed room and ask to pay higher for that room, limited breakfast items,cleanliness not upto the mark, floor was way too sticky sticky.
