We are not happy with the room and services . Room conditions were very bad and bathroom was very terrible . I don’t want suggest to anyone to book this hotel .
Unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the expectations set during the booking.The worst part was the staff behaviour and service. When we arrived, the hotel staff initially allocated us a normal room, even though I had booked a Super Deluxe Family Room. Only after I showed them the booking screenshot and complained did they agree to provide the room that I had actually booked.Parking is another major problem. There is no proper guidance from the hotel staff regarding where guests should park. The hotel entrance is on a slope, and if another car is parked behind yours, you may have to find the owner yourself. The staff does not take responsibility or provide much assistance in such situations. Parking felt like it was entirely at the guest's own risk.Since we stayed for two days, I expected basic housekeeping. However, the bedsheets were not changed during our stay, which I found extremely unhygienic, especially as I was travelling with an infant.The bathroom door was also broken and could not be locked, which is a basic issue that should have been addressed before assigning the room to guests.Regarding the food, it was okay, but nothing particularly impressive. Overall resort not recommended.
