Sapphire Premium Hotel & Suite

I do NOT Recommend this place for family.1. AC didn't work and we were asked to shift to rooms at 1 am and haggle with the staff2. The pillow covers and the bed sheets were stained and looked unwashed and disgusting3. The restaurant had good staff for dinner and the food was good too4. I was not able to put my bag on the sofa , it was that badly stainedIf it's just someone who wants to rough it out for a night for a stop over its ok but definately would NOT recommend for family since I was traveling with a 6 month old baby

I had a wonderful experience at Sapphire Hotel! The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious ’ the taste was truly authentic. The staff was very cooperative and made us feel comfortable throughout. I hosted my engagement here, and everything was perfectly managed. A special thanks to Yogesh Sir for his excellent coordination and support ’ he and the entire team were outstanding. Highly recommend Sapphire Hotel for any special occasion!

I recently stayed at the hotel and had an excellent experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Receptionist Aniket. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When I fell ill during my stay, he even arranged for medication to be brought to my room, showing remarkable care and attention. I highly recommend this hotel and Aniket in particular for their outstanding service and hospitality.

The hospitality was excellent, the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The highlight of my stay was the terrace restaurant, which offered delicious food and a beautiful ambiance, perfect for relaxing in the evening.Overall, a great experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

The executive suite exceeded expectations in every way. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out ’ it truly felt like a home away from home. The living area was perfect for relaxing or working, and the bedroom offered a luxurious king-size bed with high-quality linens.The bathroom was large, with a soaking tub, walk-in rain shower, and premium toiletries. Room service was prompt, and the in-room minibar was well-stocked.What stood out most was the attention to detail ’ from the welcome fruit plate to the ambient lighting options and high-end finishes throughout the suite.Great for business travelers or anyone wanting an upgraded, more private stay. Worth the price.
