Good place to stay
Very poor maintenance, bad staff - can’t talk properlyA/C wasn’t working the entire time. Technicians came 3 times, last time they guaranteed that it’s working and wait for 20 mins (while it clearly wasn’t). It was already 2am and we were exhausted so just slept without air conditioning. There was a connecting door between 2 rooms with the connecting door completely open, there was no way to lock it from our end, staff manually locked it with the key. The door latch from our room literally came off and was broken. The staff knocked the door thrice between 10-11:30 am just to kind of confirm if we were going to check out. Overall a very horrible experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not a 5 star.
