Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi

I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Eros in room no.1419 from January 28-31, 2026, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish.I want to give a special mention to Ms. Angel, who truly went above and beyond. She arranged a lovely room for me and kindly allowed an early check-in, which was a lifesaver. The complimentary welcome drinks were such a sweet gesture and made me feel immediately welcomed by the warm-hearted people of India.The breakfast experience was equally memorable. The staff and the Chef were incredibly friendly and polite throughout my stay. I was deeply touched when they surprised me with a "Bon Voyage" pancake on my last day’it was such a thoughtful and personal detail.If you are planning a visit to Delhi, this is the only place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so special!

The staff was courteous, attentive, and quick to respond without being intrusive. They made sure our table was comfortable, guided us through the buffet options, and handled requests efficiently, which really enhanced the overall experience.

Excellent stay at Shangri-La in Delhi. The breakfasts were outstanding with a wide selection and very high quality. The staff were exceptional ’ professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for rest after a busy day in the city. The spa was also a great experience, relaxing and well-organized. Overall, a top-level hotel with great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
