Very disappoint stay

The room was very bad. Basic amenities were unavailable most of the time, and the staff response was extremely poor. Breakfast was included in our booking, but even after repeatedly reminding them, it was not provided. Overall, it was a very disappointing hotel experience.

I booked two rooms at solace inn in Amritsar, expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to deliver. They promised a complimentary breakfast, which was never provided. I had booked two rooms, but only one was available for the first 24 hours. When we finally got the second room, the AC wasn’t working, and the bathrooms were not clean. To top it off, the staff’s behavior was quite disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.
