Amritsar view hotel near golden temple

My stay at the hotel was extremely bad and scary. I believe this hotel is not suitable at all for families and women, especially during nighttime. At night, I noticed some young men outside the hotel calling people inside; I later found out they were linked to the hotel staff. The hotel was missing many basic facilities. The bedsheets and towels in the room were in poor condition, and essentials like soap and shower gel were not provided. Even simple things like tea were not available at night. The hotel's atmosphere at night was very disturbing. There were loud voices, shouting, and noise coming from different rooms. Some guests played loud music, making the environment far from calm. I barely managed to spend the night there. From my experience, I recommend families and women to carefully research and read recent reviews before booking this hotel. Authorities should also look into the hotel's activities and facilities, especially at night. It was hard for me to believe such unpleasant things happen in Punjab, a place so respected. My experience was terrible, and the hotel's environment felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. The staff's behavior was also very poor. I plan to report this issue to senior journalists and relevant authorities so they can conduct a fair investigation into the hotel's operations and activities. In my opinion, families and women should be very cautious and do thorough checks before choosing to stay here.

The rooms are very comfortable and the location is excellent. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Apne parivar ke liye yeh hotel sabse achha hai. Mandir ke bahut nazdeek hai yeh hotel.

We booked triple superior room but after check-in, they provide us Hotel staff room and said another rooms are not available due to no choice. We have to accept it after that the room is stinking, very bad, mouses and cockroaches are everywhere and whole night. The washroom is stinking very bad after complaining this issues in the reception, they ignored . Also, the television was not working. I booked from Agoda and then the customer care is also not helping us. we don’t get any refund and support from Agoda team. Finally, I want to say this, Hotel is totally scamming with Online customers.
