I had a wonderful, clean, and calm stay in Amritsar at Super Collection O Ishwar Nagar (previously Chahal Residency). From arrival, the staff was very welcoming and made check-in easy. The room and bathroom were very clean and well-kept, showing the management's focus on hygiene. The bed was comfortable, and the room felt modern and fresh, ideal for relaxing after sightseeing. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Despite being close to the city's main spots, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. It's about a 10–15 minute drive to the Golden Temple, which I liked because it avoids the noise and crowd near the temple but is still easy to reach by auto-rickshaw or cab. Overall, it offers great value, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Amritsar looking for a clean, comfy, and welcoming place to stay.

The pictures and facilities advertised on the booking app do not match the reality at all. My stay was very disappointing. I would highly recommend not booking this hotel. The staff lack experience, and even simple items like a clean towel or a bathing bucket are not provided unless requested. Management seems indifferent to guest satisfaction and does not prioritize treating guests well. Overall, it was a very poor and frustrating experience.
